For companies with lower budgets, we have pioneered a method to allow smaller businesses to have access to elite IT talent without the same budget spend. Customers who choose this model have the ability to contact a Senior Engineer/Architect who will function as part of their staff, but will be available during pre-selected times each day in order to address issues. During times of emergency, the Senior Engineer/Architect can be contacted irrespective of the time.
For all contracted clients, in the event that a dispatch on-site is required, on-site response time is guaranteed to be within 3 hours during the hours of 8AM to 5PM or dispatch services will be charged at half price. This on-site response time guarantee is currently reserved for business locations in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. 30 minutes to 1 hour response times will be the norm depending on location in DFW. Remote support will come via remote management software, phone, email, screen share, and any other remote management means available.

Senior Architect/Engineers are available for day projects, week/multi-week projects, and 3/6/9/12/24/36 month contracts. We charge flat rates to remove the worry of unplanned expenses for your company budget. |

An example includes standing up a parallel network to the one being used for production. Because it does not touch the existing network, there is no risk of production disruption.
